By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Exchange Policy

We offer seamless exchanges and returns. Requests must be made via Call/WhatsApp at +91 9832256217 within 2 DAYS of DELIVERY.
Replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued once the returned goods are verified at our store.
Product photography is done under studio lights; actual colors may vary slightly under normal lighting. We strive for maximum accuracy.
Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer, and you will be notified in advance.

Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing mahanamjewellers@gmail.com.
Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Refund will be processed minus shipping charges (Forward & RTO). Refund occurs after we receive the product back.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Full amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
